I worked briefly for Jerry as a college student in 2010. During my time there I would observe him handle his business in a very very very honest way and even though I never told him that, I did appreciate it. I still remember competitors calling him mad about publishing prices of products instead of gauging how desperate the customer is for cooling/heating.
