Stay away from this business, there are many other good options. These people are not responsible for anything other than getting your money; after that, you are on your own if you have problem with the customs authorities of the place that you are shipping, you are responsible to get numbers, claim your packages ect. Rapienvios don't give you any information at all.

Su atención es la mejor ….mis encomiendas siempre llegan seguras y rápido a colombia ….siempre me envían actualizaciónes de cómo está el dólar en su momento y que bancos pagan mejor el dólar en colombia …y sin salir de casa hago mis pagos por transferencia o envíos de dinero a colombia …en verdad son los mejores…los amo con todo mi corazón….gracias por tan excelente servicio….😉…puro talento colombiano papa…..
