This company should be out of business based on their lack of appropriate ***************** Businesses that deal with the general public do not succeed without the key components which are professionalism, compassion and morality. I have never dealt with such a poor communicator that had such a lack of professionalism. I benefit of it all is that I don't have to proceed with conducting business with them. Our AC has not been working on our property for about week. They do not have a reliable number to contact. Everything goes to voice-mail or they haven't established one. We have 2 children living at our residence and there doesn't appear to be ANY urgency to ensure that we are okay. We are experiencing a SERIOUS heatwave and this company thinks that's a JOKE!!!!
All the 5 star reviews are a lie notice they were all wrote the same day. This place buy property in the black community and try and price ***** and treat us like c*** They do not fix anything there is limited parking and an increase in rent every year several places are empty and before long they will all be empty. Fox 5 news has been out her several times trying to get storys because of mold, price gouging, electrical problems its terrible we ******* way over a thousand a month and this is the c*** you get. Enviar why did i not find you guys earlier?. The house that i had applied for got rented soon as i paid my application fee and did the application. They showed me another house right around the corner and worked with me through the entire process. You entire team is so professional and i love my new home.
