I asked the hairdresser to trim just 1 inch of my hair, but he ended up cutting 3–4 inches. My long hair now barely reaches my shoulders, which is not what I wanted at all. On top of that, the service was disappointing. Despite clearly stating that I only wanted a haircut and a hair wash, he kept pressuring me to buy spa packages. Eventually, I gave in and agreed to a scalp cleanse that cost ₹500 — but he applied it for barely a minute. Overall, I’m very unhappy with the service.
