Joan is the best she has been cutting my hair for over 18 years now
I haven't used their hair services so keep that in mind. I scheduled a pedi. The girl running the place that day (I do NOT know if she was the owner or someone else) sat me in their one chair in a back area/corner. She ran the water, removed my polish, but then kept running back in the other room to have conversations that did not seem important in nature.
