As a new customer, I am extremely disappointed. I went in to get a gel pedicure after already having gel on my toes. Never have I ever had to pay extra to get gel removal if I was getting gel again on my toes. Not only did they not tell me I was going to have to pay extra, they tried to gaslight me and told me that it was stated on their brochure that they gave me for the pedicure. Great bit of peace in an otherwise crazy day.
Not a good experience for me Update I spoke with the owner I went back in on 06/29 and they fixed the issue I’m happy it’s was resolved. I’m now happy. Will never come back but glad my nails are fixed
