Now operating out of the Z-Rink in Glastonbury because they were asked to leave by WOW, Alpha Fitness and its trainers are unprofessional, undependable and not worth the money. 3 re-scheduled training sessions, 1 no show and 2 trainers later (over a 1 month period!), I have now been shifted to the Z-Rink which last time I checked was a hockey facilty. Next up, a formal letter to the Better Business Bureau of CT.
