The ladies behind the counter are very sweet, very patient and very kind.The only issue I have you make me pay sixteen dollars a month for renters insurance on a building you should have insurance on that covers If anything goes wrong

D (Damaris) did a fantastic job! We were expecting to just look at units today but we ended up signing the lease. The customer service, cleanliness of the facilities, and overall vibe were wonderful. It was easy to fill out the paperwork and D was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to using Enumclaw Plateau Heated Storage!

If you need to rent a storage unit this is definitely the place to go! The rental process was super easy. The price was amazing. And the office staff are knowledgeable and super nice. It's also a very clean and very secure facility.
