They lied to us about insurance problems they were having and left us with no pay and services. While they were serving us they never followed up on day programs, trainings, other resources. The errors were theirs, but the financial hit is mine. With so many other companies to choose from use someone else.
Esta compañía es muy poco profesional cambiaron la fecha de pago y no me informaron nada aparte que paga menos que las demás compañías también hacen eso si haber avisado después de yo trabajar todo este tiempo no me quieren pagar el día que se estableció en el contrato lo cual es al final de mes
No complaints.very satisfied..case worker Andrea and RN Lindsey are a great team for my son jason... my son has a seizure disorder and is mentally challenged needs one on one when attending his program...he currently has a one on one ..they are in there 70s ...my concern they will age out and not be able to perform there duties.. lack of staff and program volume make it hard to impossible to provide one on one. At our recent visit i asked lindsey if Entyre provides one on one for there clients ..she stated no.. i was disappo... read more
If you are interested in home health care. This is the company to go through, they walk you through the process. If you have any questions they're a phone call, email or text message away. I would definitely recommend this company, the process is not difficult. The staff is wonderful they make you feel like a human being and not just a number. Sherry Scott
