I been patient and not only is my payments over a month 1 month and 2 weeks or 3 weeks but it's the same amount Everytime. At any other place this is not the case. Also still have not got my payment from a month ago. I like the case manageri have that's about it. I USE THIS COMPANY AND SO DOES MY MOM IN RICHMOND VA . THEY ARE SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL BEEN TRYING TO GET MY CAREGIVER ON BOARDRD FOR 1 WEEK AND HALF STILL NOTHING. I HAVE ATAXIA I FALL ALOT I WAS PROMISE CARE FOR WEEKEND NO HELP!!! NO RESPONSE FROM NOBODY. I CALLED AND TEXT NO RESPONSE. FROM SOPHIE. THE ONLY GOOD THING HERE IS RN MORGAN!!
