My experience with Etrusted was exactly what I expected from the last time they came, perfection. They were very clean. The men themselves looked clean.They smelled clean. You wouldn't have time to read all my thoughts on "Entrusted." Definitely a misnomer right there. They overcharge and you never see an outline of costs. I was going to end up with hardly any funds after they were through padding their pockets. I finally bit the bullet and "FIRED ENTRUSTED!!!" They call their cancellation fee of $1600.00 reasonable and "not a penalty." It is definitely not REASONABLE and is definitely a PENALTY!!! So ridiculous, but for my own sanity, I had no choice.
The team was very professional and responsive. They provided good information and recommendations as well.
Entrusted Mitigation Review I do not recommend Entrusted Mitigation at all. My experience with them was disappointing and stressful. When I was looking for help to mitigate damage to my property, they assured me that insurance would cover all costs, yet they never actually took the time to review my policy. Very professional! Each step of the process was explained in detail. Work done has been vey well. Effort was made to only do what was needed. Each individual who came to my home was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable!
