Guys I have to agree with some of you on this. If I could give them a half star I would. I have been living in one of the apartments that they own for a few years now,and I can say that their service is not that great. You call and they say oh ya we can send someone over,and yet half the time you wait a week or longer. In the past few years alone,I have dealt with not one,not two,but three different instances where the unit above me had a leaky water heater(how does that happen multiple times I wonder?). Staff is no help, every time you call no one ever answers the phone. The apartments are bad, and over priced in bountiful. Do not do business with them, you will regret it.
If i could give it no stars i would. This Entrust Real Estates doesn't have an office its just people who work from home and the staff is no help at all. We had mold growing up our walls after we moved in and electrical problems, it took about 4 months to show up just for the maintenance guy not come back and finish their job. We've been trying to get ahold of Greg the entire time we've lived here via email & phone and absolutely nothing. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL and regret moving in here.
They are the worst place ever not even a legit business and they could care less about their customers
