Worst company Ever!! Don't rent from them. They never respond to phone calls Never respond to maintenance issues Rent is way overpriced.Our apartment building has so many issues Hazardous stairs that are falling apart Roaches,Gas leaks,Flooding,Black mold and huge holes in our roof in bathroom, kitchen. Had to call the Gas company to shut off our gas because we had gas leaks more then 1 time. Took them over a month to fix. We had to take cold showers. I've tried to get in touch with this company for two days to see a property they manage with no response. Now that I've seen the reviews I'm not so sure I want to do business with them. Hopefully they can change this around soon!
We have been calling for weeks to get get someone to help us cool down the house. Called once and my husband asked if we were getting AC installed like the other units and they said they would look into it. Next week he called they said our swamp cooler should be working. It’s not, it leaks and the ceiling caved in because of a roof issue and water leak. The place is fine they assist me whenever I need help, I’m a simple kind of guy.
This place is the biggest joke. we left the house in better condition than we moved in we were told we were getting our full deposit back and that was over 30 days ago. and no nobody will return my calls or emails or text messages
