This agency is now called Property Plus USA. Read the reviews!! I found everything negative to be true. Nothing has changed from 4 years back except for a few employees and their business name. (3 times) Kirsten Schafer is now Kirsten Gross, wife of Mike. Things are so fraudulent they don't pay those that work for th I dealt with this property management company for 2 years. em.
They told me my place would be ready I moved across state just for them to ask for an extra week. Then the carpet had feces they never sent a cleaning crew. I bought my own supplies and was told I’d be refunded and I wasn’t . They called me from work so much I lost my job and instead of working with me they had me evicted after only a 5day notice. Kim will ignore you. The broker Michael was nice then he became very rude. And Emily is not good with being a CSR
