RecommendedI’ve been working here for the last four months the Team here is really involved with not only the residents but with the community as well even the marketing director Jason brings his great dame into the community to do pet therapy with the resident I totally recommend this place for someone who’s looking for a great place for their family member
I toured this beautiful community on today and was so impressed. The community was beautiful and very clean. We are most definitely moving our mom in this week!
My grandmother has lived at Entrust for 6 months and I just love this community! Kayla, The Nursing Director,is great and she really cares. I am also a big fan of the staff and the Executive Director, Joe. He made the move in process for my nana so seemless. Kudos to this new team.
I have been very happy with Entrust. My Dad has been there 6 months and he has been happy. The staff is caring and kind. Some days can be very challenging for them, but they handle difficult situations to the best of their ability. I would recommend it.
I highly recommend Entrust of Desoto for many reasons. It is very clean and beautiful. The residents are #1 here and they are loved and cared for. The management and care staff are remarkable!! Everyone seems so knowledgeable. Entrust stands far above the other memory care communities I have visited, and I have visited many.
Entrust cannot be trusted. They cover up their mistakes when all the family want is the truth to go forward.
I love what the new owners/operators have done with this place! They remodelled the bathrooms and opened up the entire space! It used to be closed off and lots of doors/walls. they tore those out and and it just one big beautiful open space now... so nice! feels and looks like home. and the staff is just amazing. caring and patient and sweet. couldnt be more impressed with the changes... they even put in all new furniture, art, and exterior upgrades. thumbs up guys! you are a boon to the community!
I'm in love with how everyone cares and love my mother! Awesome place! It's a blessing to us. Gives me a sense of Peace of mind! �
