Associate was condescending and demeaning, and hung up on me because I started asking some questions about various rates and refinance options they could offer. Won't waste much time writing in details but save yourself the trouble of calling these jokers.

I just finished refinancing my home mortgage with Josh Griffo at Entrust. I mention him by name because he was my contact start to finish and was available virtually 24/7 by text and/or phone. He answered questions, calmed my nerves and I believe did possible to get the best terms possible. I elected to go with Entrust over my original lender because the terms and the service were better. Especially the service.

I got a letter from Entrust Lending in the snail-mail during a quest for a VA loan. I did a cursory Internet check and read available reviews on the firm. All reviews were either 5-star or 1-star---nothing in between. I decided to give EnTrust a call to see if their advertised rates were applicable to me. The rep dutifully posed the standard questions that need to be asked for qualifying a loan recipient and put me on “hold” to go off-line to verify the data that I had provided. After a considerable period (probably 5 minutes) the line went dead and I got a dial tone. I waited for a half-hour for the EnTrust rep to reestablish our connection but it never happened. So, I am now concerned that I have divulged sensitive financial info to a source that may not be credible. I am a Lifelock member so, I plan to contact them (Lifelock) to inform them of the suspicious nature of my EnTrust Lending interface.

I totally echo the review below that talked about how rude the person was on the phone. I wish I had caught his name. First off, the letter makes it look like it came from my current mortgage lender, so I was thrown off by that. Then he claimed they were a "servicing partner" to my mortgage company. I'm very financially-literate and am currently in the process of refinancing my mortgage, so I wanted to get right to the point about what kind of rate was available. The representative was referencing rates as low at 2.5%, so I asked him how many points you would have to pay to buy down to that rate. I explained that I knew what I was talking about financially and it was this point that he said "our conversation is becoming uproductive" and "I see you are getting upset." I told him I was not and he kept referencing rates between 2.5 and 2.99%, so I asked him what the current rate with no points was. At that point, he said 5.00%, which clearly was just a maneuver to get me off the phone, so I terminated the call by saying I would be contacting the BBB. I would give a ZERO if that were an option. This outfit seems like a scam, if not trying to prey on those who are not that financially-literate.

Listen to the reviews! What a terrible experience. We have been working on refinancing for the last month and a half. I constantly had to follow up and was told we were in good shape just 3 days ago. Come to find out Underwriting changed their mind after I was told to not make my current mortgage payment. I called to speak to a Manager and have not received a call back. Now I’m out the appraisal fee and wasted all of my time. I even had to follow up with them. They never proactively followed up with me. Buyer be aware!

I worked with Mark Nuss and his underwriter, don't have his name. The process went smoothly, and quickly, compared to my previous experiences with mortgage financing. Mark was responsive to my questions and did a good job explaining the process, no surprises, it worked out as presented by Mark.

I would have given them a zero, but that wasn’t an option! I called EnTrust to talk about refinancing because I had received a letter in the mail stating what interest rate I could probably get and what my new mortgage payment would be. Everything in the letter sounded fantastic, a little too good to be true! I spoke with a representative named Matt. Of course, taking a step like this, you have questions you needed answered, and I did! He tried to make me feel as though I was illiterate. My house that I am currently living in is the fifth house I have bought, so I have some knowledge about mortgages, refinancing, etc. I told him I was shopping around for the best refinance option for me. I think he didn’t like that, and he said all of the interest rates will be the same for all lenders and a bunch of other false statements. His attitude and rudeness was not appropriate for dealing with the public or the position he holds. I was actually asking a question, and he either laid the phone down or put me on mute because a few seconds after I finished my question, he comes back on the phone and says, “What did you say? with a smurk in his voice, and then before I could answer him, he says, “I have a meeting to go to. You have my info when you decide, and good luck to you.” Then he hung up on me. Who does that to a potential customer? He was very curt, rude, unprofessional and sarcastic. I had been on their website earlier to read reviews, and, if I recall correctly, there was a negative review about him. In essence, saying the exact same thing about their experience. I would not even consider giving EnTrust my business even if the interest rate was 1%. Beware consumers, do your homework and take your business elsewhere where you will be appreciated, and you are treated with respect and professionalism. In my opinion, it speaks volume about the kind of company they are. If they employ and allow employees to treat potential customers like that, they must condone such actions, and I stay far away from businesses/companies who do such!!

I worked with Josh Griffo and Lizette Lopez to refinance our home. It was the easiest, fastest, most efficient financing process I've ever been involved in. They were both very good communicators and were quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend this team at EnTrust Lending.

I have refinanced 3 houses, including this last one with EnTrust. This was by far the best ever. Mr. Mark Nuss and Ms. Kim made it possible in JUST 22 days!!!
