Have had the misfortune of being saddled with this incompetent organization for the past five months (after my previous manager of 12+ years retired and sold her book of business). Entrust has managed our condos for four years and has done an wonderful job. They have always been responsive and helpful.
Do your research. This group is sloppy and inept. We hired Absolute Realty after a painful lesson with Entrust.
You can NOT count on enTrust to be your team of experts, providing the services that allow your board more time for oversight and goal setting. With enTrust on your management team, the Declarations will be more than 20 pages (a sign of over-regulation by the association); 2.
