We had to create a rush order for an event. There were many little bumps that occured when we were submitting the order. However, the entripy team was keeping in constant contact to make sure our order was received on time.
The Entripy customer service team is very responsive and understanding on the phone and via email, and they have their priorities straight -- customer satisfaction is paramount. My client has been satisfied and I'll definitely be coming back again to work with Entripy! Looking forward to it :)
