Nice area but overpriced
UPDATED review: Our initial experience with this sales team was great. Colleen was responsive, kind and communicative. Once we went under contract to build our home is when issues began. Our home took about 6 months longer than promised to be built, and once in the home we experienced severe issues with the craftsmanship not limited to stone work falling off the front of the home, poor irrigation causing erosion, kitchen cabinets falling off the wall, failing closet systems, and more.
