We recently moved to Entrada Pointe and have had an amazing experience so far. The staff is kind, professional, and always helpful. Maintenance has been outstanding I submitted a maintenance request, and by the time I got back to my apartment and sat down, they were already there. They explained the issue clearly and had everything fixed within the hour. The community itself is also wonderful. Despite how many residents live on the property, it stays very quiet and peaceful. Bob as always and his team is helpful. They are prompt and resolve any issues very fast. Bob continues to explain the issue and how it is fixed and how to proactively deal with it. And never is disgruntled for any questions or concerns. His attitude and way he treats people goes long way, which adds to his years of knowledge of the job. He is a vital asset to his team. Maintenance has been great here! Requests are handled quickly, the staff is friendly and respectful, and they always make sure the issue is fully fixed before leaving. It’s really appreciated how responsive and professional the maintenance team is — they help make living here much less stressful.
For my first apartment, I felt like I hit the jackpot with Entrada Pointe! Bobbie was able to get me a great deal on my studio and have to say it's great. I was worried about living on my own, but she was a real crutch to lean on getting everything set up for the first time. She and the on-site handy man Bob have been amazing with any needs or issues with the apartment I've had.
