I just recently moved in, so far my experience has been nothing less than wonderful! No bugs, no problems, the maintenance team is great! Robert helped us on our first day here because we thought something was wrong and he inspected and walked through every step of what we thought was wrong, he was extremely kind and turns out what we thought was wrong was actually just brand-new! Bob in maintenance is just absolutely outstanding and prompt whenever I submit a work order. Not only is he professional and prompt in addressing the issue, but he also communicates the issue and fix. Always a pleasant and respectful.
The staff and the maintenance crew at Entrada Pointe Apartments are awesome quick response around the clock for any issues my heater stopped working on a pretty cold day and I sent a work order within 10 minutes Bob was there and had my heater up and going quickly I'd give this crew 10 stars if I could well I am they are the best
i've re-signed a 12 month lease 2 times now, so i obviously like the place! the new front office lady was great when i re-signed my most recent lease and also got me a parking spot :) maintenance closes work orders day of most of the time and they're very nice.
