Been renting for about 7 months and have not had any issues. Had a hiccup with my app and Maria and Bobbi in the office were super kind and understanding, great management. Personally I love the apartment and the set up of the complex.

I had 2 leaky faucets in the apartment. Bob the maintenance guy came within 20 minutes to fix both leaks, 1 with a new faucet. Speedy and quality service!
