Poorly managed CDD funds. Constantly increasing Draw from homeowners. The Irrigation runs when it’s raining, the cobblestone at the entrance has been washed out making an uncomfortable drive when you pass over. The cobblestone is damaged because the fountain is constantly leaking, and that problem has never been addressed no matter how many times it was mentioned to the management, HOA, or CDD.

Horrible company! I bought my home in 2020(built brand new) and take a look at the damages in my roof they now want me to pay for less than 5 years after I've owned the home. ROOF damage not done by a storm but by horrible construction practices. Do not buy a D.R. Horton home.
The Entrada neighborhood all though not quite finished is coming along very well, situated about 1 mile away from I-95 it has a convenience element to living here. With plenty of convenience stores and a super market nearby. Tucked away in its own little corner it's like living in a world of its own.
