The house is great but we were not told about the REAL price of the CDD, Community Development District fee. It's $3000,annually, for 30 years. That's why the HOA is low- $200. It's fraud, misrepresentation and just terrible.
Poorly managed CDD funds. Constantly increasing Draw from homeowners. The Irrigation runs when it’s raining, the cobblestone at the entrance has been washed out making an uncomfortable drive when you pass over. The cobblestone is damaged because the fountain is constantly leaking, and that problem has never been addressed no matter how many times it was mentioned to the management, HOA, or CDD.
