They left my car in the lot for 2 weeks. I had called them four times the second week asking for a repair estimate and they kept saying they would call me back but I never received a call back. Finally after some prying, I found out that they had not even started work on my car yet and that it would be another 2 weeks until they could start work because the main mechanic was out of the country and the other mechanics aren't competent enough to start work on their own.
