Went here for my works bio-metric screening which I made very clear when setting up the appointment providing all the required forms for this. Which would normally be 100 percent covered. But they did not bill it as such, it was billed as an office visit and additional tests making it not covered as such. If I could, I would give them zero stars. I went in for my yearly physical and the Dr. asked him how I was feeling. I told him that I was having these issues (night sweats, fatigue, headaches) but I was having them checked out by two OTHER different doctors. He asked additional questions and then ordered blood work. Knowing that blood work wasn't covered under my physical, I still agreed (because Dr's are supposed to be smart).
