Brought my 14 year old son here, in January, he had a high fever, sore throat, fatigue. They tested him for strep and influenza, both negative. Then 4 days later, still fever and horrible cough, brought him to regular Pediatrician, tested positive for influenza B! Would have been nice if they took a good sample and/or had an accurate test kit, he could have gotten tamiflu and feeling better way sooner! Will never go there again, since had to go to the doctor twice and pay twice!

Got me in within 4 minutes and out in 10 with what I needed for my sinus problems. Great experience

Took my daughter on for an ear ache. Receptionist was super friendly and the practitioner was just as nice. It was clean and while we waiting or turn we got to shop hyvee. Doctor, groceries, perception all in one building. We will be back!

We have used this clinic many times and like how convenient and quick it is. We have always been happy with the level of service the staff provides and their friendliness.

Took my daughter for sports physical, was turned away when I arrived at 630pm and they supposedly close at 7pm. Before I came in I called and was told to come. I have worked Urgent Care and retail Express clinics for 18 years and know you can not turn away patients before the actual close time. I left clinic and called to get manager contact name and number, “Tia” answered the phone and proceeded to tell me that their manager was not there and did not have her own phone line.
