Have experienced substantial challenges with billing. I was overcharged on several occasions, and payments were not applied to account. Called in February 2024 after a thorough audit of my account which reflected a refund was due. I did receive a check in February for the refund due, but now in July 2024 I am receiving a statement with a balance due for services previously paid for. Still in the process of resolving.
