So, after seeing multiple pt reviews, I am completely dishearted w the care from this office. I do not expect to be treated like a number, and will seek another practice to provide my necessary bilateral ear care.
I don’t recommend this practice. I saw the PA, Nicole Reed for water in ears, pain and dizziness. I had just provided the details to the nurse, literally 1 minute before Nicole entered the room and instead of reading the notes she had me repeat all of it. She rattled off medical codes to the nurse as she examined my ears but didn’t tell me what she was or wasn’t seeing.
