We have 2 gift cards for 123$ each. We have been trying for months to get into this place they never have anything available. Now i call and number is disconnected! I really hope the bbb does something about this. Seems like i am not the only one in this situation!
And now they're closed again...looks like for good. Tax commissioner shut them down. Looks like I'm stuck with this worthless gift card.
Absolutely horrible experience. Barely any staff working, the haircolor I wanted wasn't available, not to mention the hair products. Asked to speak to an owner or manager and got nothing. VERY disappointed with how I was treated not to mention the terrible service. Never again.

Inexperienced and overpriced. The girls are right out of beauty school.....had to repeat several highlight appointments....both me AND my daughter.....and the girl still couldn't get it right. And the nail girl ruined my daughters nails at our very last appointment. We are very disappointed in this salon and do not recommend it.
got a 50 dollar gift certificate as a gift and they will not honor them... entheos became EDEN... and now it is PURE..... PURE B.S...... HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE THEY CAN SELL GIFT CARDS AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS??? I CALLED AND GOT A RUDE GIRL WHO TOLD ME TO BRING IN GIFT CARD AND THEY WILL GIVE ME 20 PERCENT OFF INSTEAD WTF???I AM LIVID!!!!!!! 50 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!

Horrible Experience, I'll stick with Casals – There was a misunderstanding in our booking, we were supposed to have our mani's switched to pedi's due to having nails already professionally done. When this discrepancy was discovered, there was no attempt by Melissa to smooth over the situation. She came in, announced that we would not receive what we wanted and left.
