Great service. Patient. Informed and thorough. Ben was great to work with. They don't try to make you sign an agreement upfront over the phone like most other places. They actually have entomologist on staff (the actual owners). Would totally recommend.
The best home insect treatment!
I contacted them for an estimate and was told that I would have a response "before the end of the week". The end of the week came and I never got anything. Emailed back and got an apology and they indicated they would have a quote for me. Nope, nothing. It's now been 3 weeks and still nothing,. If this is how they treat someone looking for new service then I can only imagine how non-responsive they would be for a customer. Avoid these folks :-(
