Poorly run. Rude.
They make it extremely difficult to get claims paid. Way too many barriers. Tge website access is rudimentary and difficult to use
These people have evolved into a fake insurance group! Making you jump through hoops then denying all medical procedures like eye cataract surgery and TMJ procedures. Do not contract with with them! My IATSE local has to now extract millions of dollars from them!
Rude & condescending. I called to ask a simple question about a rejected claim & the lady got snippy with me. And they say we can’t be rude when we call or we get banned from calling but it’s ok if they do? I’ll be soo glad when my union gets rid of them. They’re atrocious.
