These people have evolved into a fake insurance group! Making you jump through hoops then denying all medical procedures like eye cataract surgery and TMJ procedures. Do not contract with with them! My IATSE local has to now extract millions of dollars from them!

Rude & condescending. I called to ask a simple question about a rejected claim & the lady got snippy with me. And they say we can’t be rude when we call or we get banned from calling but it’s ok if they do? I’ll be soo glad when my union gets rid of them. They’re atrocious.

I would not be shocked if this company has several lawsuits within the next few years. They get 2 stars because their customer service is nice

Absolutely atrocious people to work with. I switched positions in Nov. 2022. Never accepted benefits for 2023 and sent them proof of coverage with my new position. They are still charging me admin fees, are refusing to zero out and close my account now, in June, 2023 - 8 months later! Reported them to the Federal Department of Labor.
