Unbelievably poor customer service coupled with outdated technology make for a sad company. We could not have been any more disappointed with Gregg. Parts came defective out of the factory. They agreed to give me a refund but still have not sent it. It's been 2 months. I wouldn't be surprised if they close down and open with a new name. Stay away!!!!
