This was the fifth time I rented from them. They are always so friendly and helpful. I am surprised because there are a lot of very young people working there.
Two day rental of a van to haul some stuff about 400 miles. Van was clean and ready on time. Only had 28k miles on it and performed very well. Check in and out was quick and efficient.
Rented a 1 ton here, got a Chevy 3500 Diesel and it was perfect for the towing road trip I was going on.
Aubrey has been excellent with regards to customer care. The other staff that I have encountered have been equally helpful. Pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this location.
Being in the customer service business, I understand how important the service is and from greeting to good bye, the service was excellent.
