Manager PA And Assistant Manager Ken are Awesome great Customer service and go extra mile to make sure you are a satisfied customer!!!! I highly recommend this particular location. I will definitely use them again.

Thank you so much to Enterprise on Main in KC, Mo. we went in to rent a car from Hertz that had been reserved for three weeks . Told us they had no cars. Also didn’t even try to call another store or make it right. Went down the street to Enterprise a girl named Mika helped us. She was wonderful rented us a car right away! Thanks to her and Enterprised our trip was not canceled! Thank you for all you help!

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in South Charleston is a wonderful place to rent a car. I decided to rent a car while mine was in a shop being repainted. The experience with this particular Enterprise location was great. The staff, including Taylor, Nichole, and Manager Cleef Desir were excellent in providing the service for renting a car. John at the Garden City location was awesome from the first call to book all the way through to drop off. There were a lot unforeseen issues with my family that caused me to request changes to the original drop off times & dates but John was always happy to accommodate. He also seemed genuinely concerned with what I was dealing with and willing to offer suggestions to ease my stress & frustrations. Although this location is not closest to me, I will be using them for all my future rentals and encourage others to do the same.
I don’t usually write reviews but Enterprise Car Rental in Liverpool is seriously top notch if you ever need a rental vehicle. They are so nice and make everything super easy. They met me at the body shop so I didn’t need to bring anybody with me to pick up the car. I was able to just leave the Rav 4 that I rented at the body shop when my car was ready and be on my way. My husband and I were involved in a car accident the day before Thanksgiving and were provided with a rental vehicle from this location, they were amazing! Each of the staff members we worked with were so helpful and had such great customer service.
