Courteous, friendly, timely. I never saw a rental car company let me choose the car I wanted on the lot (based on the size I'd reserved) Drop off was a breeze and the shuttle driver was very helpful. I used Hertz last time and waited 1.5 hours after I had gotten off my plane. This time about 20 minutes from shuttle drop off to me driving away.

Entirely too slow. After waiting 15 minutes to check in, I waited another 20 to get a car. Saw 3 people helping customers. Didn't pull out of lot until a full 1.5 hours after getting off of the plane. Other rental companies are more expensive but the rental experience is 5 to 10 mins max. Only use Enterprise because my company directs me to do so

I would absolutely rent another car with this enterprise. Customer service was outstanding and they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect.
