I had an excellent experience with Gurpreet Singh Ghatorode! From picking up my vehicle to dropping it off, the entire process was smooth, convenient, and hassle-free. Gurpreet provided outstanding customer service and made sure everything was handled professionally from start to finish. He was very friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Gurpreet is truly a star for the company. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again!
I was given a car at the Airdrie enterprise that had over a 12inch crack across the windshield along with 4 other windows chips. I was told that it was all documented on pickup. Called enterprise call centre within 20 mins of receiving car to have damage documented again. Car was unsafe to drive. Was told by call centre employee Sebastien that a new car, a Mazda, would be ready to pickup in 2 days in Cochrane. No one contacted me and the mazda was not ready. The staff are all friendly and professional. Explaining what’s not allowed in the rental no smoking no pets. After signing the documents I was helped me to my rental vehicle, to inspect for any possible damages on the vehicle before driving away. He opened and closed the door for me like a true gentleman!! that is something you don’t get anymore. I was pleasantly surprised and was greatly appreciated!! The small gesture go a long away as well. Over all very please and will return if needing a rental in the future!!
Extremely nice efficient . Picked me up at the body shop .plus I was able to leave it back at the body shop. Couldn't have gone smoother clean car excellent experience
