Easiest rental place I've ever dealt with, hands down! Cheray answered all of my questions and got me in a great SUV while my car was being worked on. The customer service is so great and they even went as far as to drive me to my repair shop after dropping off my rental. Highly recommend!
The best customer service and one of the only places that had a rental during holidays! Loved the car I got to drive - it was extremely nice and eco friendly. Had rental for 1 week through insurance claim. No problems at all, highly recommend! Thank you so much for everything!!
Got my rental fast and somewhat easy.
On August 5, 2022, my personal vehicle started acting up. Took it to my mechanic and had to leave it. Needed transportation immediately. Called a couple of other locations and neither had anything available. Finally called this location and they did. KC was very helpful and thorough. The rental was a little costly, but the actions and attitude of the people there definitely helped. Thank you very much!!!!!
