This time my service was not good. I had an issue with water in the vehicle I called to inform of the issue and was told someone would come to my job and swap out the car, I was told I would get a courtesy call at 1:30pm and that never happened and no one ever came to do the swap so I called early in the morning but was told there was no way for anyone to come to my job to do the swap and that they wanted me to bring the car to one of the other locations I was so busy at work I was not able to do it so another day went by, w... read more
