Once again a problematic experience with Enterprise at 36 S 19th st, Philadelphia. Despite reserving a compact car several weeks ahead of time, I arrived at the pickup time I'd scheduled only to find that they had no cars at all! After waiting, I was taken to 12th and Sansom where they only had a very large Caravan available. This was not what I wanted or needed for a 625 mile drive to North Carolina.
