The manager was great! He made an insurance nightmare bearable by going above and beyond. It was much appreciated.
I just want to say that the original location of Enterprise gave us a car that wasn’t safe to drive, and ended up having mechanical issues. Which is fine things happen, but we expect a solution. Customer service was ready to send us to a location that he confirmed to have SUV’s, but we later were transferred calls over to that location, and he told us they didn’t have any SUV’s. Called customer service again and let him know what happened, he then confirmed once again, many times, that THIS location has SUV’s. We later get o... read more
Muncie South, great people. Coorporation is another story though. They make it very difficult to communicate with local stores
I would not advise anyone waste their time with this location. Not only do they not honor the vehicle you reserve, the vehicle is dirty, the representative doesn't go over the vehicle features and you get to fight with corporate for over a month to get money back that they overcharged you for closing early before a holiday.
