I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at this wonderful place! It was my first car rental experience I rented a Malibu for one day, until the evening. I came from Brooklyn to Jersey City, picked up the car, and drove to Washington, where I returned it by 6 PM. Special thanks to the main manager who helped me choose the car and provided outstanding service. Thank you so much!

Rog, the manager was a great help. If you need to rent a car in Jersey City, I would call Enterprise. The staff in the office are all about customer care. Rog was on the phone with a customer when I arrived. His compassion with the customer in need was evident in his side of the conversation. I applaud his efforts in trying to resolve the customers concerns. He then assisted me quickly an adroitly.

Booked everything online, and price was honest! Just be sure you know about the deposit, which is in the fine print, but everything went smoothly.

Worst experience - zero customer service. Rather than address a simple (less than $40) error they made, they just wanted to pass me off to their corporate office. I rent a car 1 week out of every month. Seems silly to me they would rather lose $500-600 a month in repeatable revenue than fix a simple mistake but that’s the choice they made. Insult to injury I tried for 3 days to get someone at the local branch to answer a call. When they finally did, they couldn’t be bothered.
