The branch manager Jordan Lenoir is the worst. Terrible snobby attitude. Also they make you wait hours for your car even when you booked a reservation weeks in advance
came in to branch was having a really bad experience with the rental car nelson avila was really a breath of fresh air she help us resolved our issue and was able to get us back on the road and able to enjoy our weekend as planned she really made the perspective of the company change how well she handled the situation and was able to rectify the situation she really deserves a raise promotion to management as she handled the situation as a manager would have very nice and kind
I enjoyed a clean and smooth ride on my trip. I almost always use enterprise at Tallahassee airport to rent my rentals. I consider them one of my top picks. Five stars for me!
