Very satisfied with my rental car and service
ONE star given because of Desk worker clearly doesn't want to be in her position and had a source attitude throughout, and an off-site manager slow to respond and unable to problem solve. We broke down 30 miles out of town, Enterprise roadside rescued us and directed us to this location. She couldn't find where they towed our car, told us after a nearly hour wait (no other customers) that she only had one car. I explained it needed to be big enough to hold our luggage.
