I've never had a bad experience renting from Enterprise! The customer service is great! In fact--I got a bit moody at one point because of an error on my part...the counter person handled it with grace and brought me back to a peaceful place for seeking resolution rather than fussing about something out of their control! THAT's good business!
The Tharpe location did not provide the vehicle I reserved and instead of trying to put me into a higher class vehicle for the same price they put me into a minivan that had some red dried drink that was spilled everywhere. When I tried to argue that they should upgrade me at no cost to another vehicle on the lot they told me I could wait until tomorrow. Will not go back.
Always friendly staff. They upgrade you when they can. Cars are in great condition and very clean.
Early Saturday Hours would be great. That way could get on the road long before noon!
Had another trouble-free pick-up and return experience with Enterprise. The Tharpe Street (former Sharer Rd.) staff is fast, informative and professional. However, would appreciate some more discounts on weekend rentals.
