I would not hesitate to recommend Enterprise for vehicle rental. We have used them on a few occasions, usually for travel. Their prices are always fair and competitive. We’ve never had any issues issue with the vehicles provided, and their staff have always been pleasant and professional. We particularly appreciated our last rental when the agent called the next day to follow up and ensure things were going well with the rental. One of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had! The men I dealt with at the shop were great on pick up and return l, however the lady I was dealing with to get the rental ( Megan I believe) was one of the worst to deal with . Her lack of customer service and silliness to find a solution was very evident as I had to chase her down to even secure a rental when I did. Definitely not a great experience and I will be reconsidering doing personal business with this branch
Highly recommend they will look after you or any issues that arise. Would go out of my way to rent from them especially at this location on windmill
Our experience was so great at this Enterprise location, I had to leave a review!! 10/10 for the amazing staff here. They were super friendly, helpful and professional. We arrived before the store opened and they let us in early and upgraded us to a better vehicle!! Awesome team!
