Rented through Expedia. When we got to the rental counter, they had the wrong vehicle, apparently when you book through Expedia they can’t see the exact type of vehicle you rented, long story short I’d rented an 8 seater SUV but they tried to give me a minivan. Maybe not the end of the world to you but I hate minivans. In the end (a few days later and a temporary smaller vehicle) they had an 8 seater suv for us. Shout out to Megan, she was awesome in figuring everything out. And so cheerful!!
The staff are very nice and accommodating. Enterprise makes transactions easy and processes your needs right away.
The staff were extremely helpful & courteous. Spencer & Mike were both great.
