I've rented from them several times. Sydney is amazing and it's always a very smooth process. Everyone there is kind and professional.
The local office in Las Vegas is very good. But don't ever have an issue with the vehicle because their customer service is the absolute worst. We were stranded for 3 hours and over 100° temperature before I could get another vehicle because the one I had broke down. Customer service will not listen fully to you and will hang up on you when you're before you're done speaking. And this is without even yelling and or screaming at them. Customer service was okay. I got a Durango V6. I was looking for an EV. Because I have a charger at home to save money. My concern is this stores needs to have available at least 3-5 EVs. I called like 15 stores (they are 36 in total) no one has a EV in Las Vegas. Pretty frustrating.
