My experience with the Craig road location is always a ten star experience. Benjamin (Ben) was very accommodating and attentive, greeting and acknowledging me as I stepped in....thank you Ben. I'd also like to give a shout out to Chardonnay (if I spelled name wrong my apologies) she is a breath of fresh air so friendly and informative. Arik is always accommodating and polite as well and Tae (I hope I got that right) is always great on the phone calls....thank you team Craig road location!!!
The staff is always courteous and helpful and it is a very smooth process.
The employees were great! They made the rental process super smooth, respectful and professionals, I would definitely come back just to repeat the experience. Great team the one they have there.
