I really don’t know what to say. Thank god my instincts tell me to check at nearby Petro Canada before I driving out of town. And it was confirmed that tire pressures displayed are true. I could be dead by now on the highway if I’ve not checked. So far the worse experience I had with Enterprise.
Clean cars, friendly staff, limited wait tomes
Pathetic customer service agent! Mr. ABRAR He doesn’t know how to talk to a customer! He was damn rude and even after getting a confirmation number this man said I have cancelled your reservation! I booked for morning and he calls me at night saying I cannot take your booking I have cancelled it. Enterprise you need to teach your agents how to talk to your customers Highly unacceptable!
Great service!
Not helpful at all. My car was having mechanical issues and not handling well at all and they refused to switch me out to another vehicle. Had to complain to roadside assistance to finally get help. The employees at the location did not assist in any of it.
