Overall an okay experience, but the pricing was frustrating. I extended to a week and was told the weekly discount would apply, but it didn’t. When I showed the online quote, the staff kept dividing by 5 to say it was the same rate, which made no sense. After going back and forth they only took off $40 even though the difference was about $100. I had a great experience with Enterprise. The member were friendly, professional, and very efficient in getting me set up with my rental. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The return process was quick and hassle-free as well. Overall, excellent service—I’d definitely recommend Enterprise and will rent from them again in the future.”
