Unsafe and disappointing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car (2959 King St E, Kitchener, ON) I rented a car from this branch and noticed a warning light on the dashboard soon after driving away. The car did not drive properly and clearly had a mechanical issue. When I informed the staff, including Tamana Amin (Branch Manager), they ignored my concern and acted like it was not a big deal.
