I had a disappointing experience with Enterprise Malden. The staff did not properly inspect or document existing damage, and I was unfairly held responsible when returning the car. I recommend taking detailed photos before leaving the lot
Everyone at the location is so friendly. I came here to get an insurance-related rental, and they made sure I am satisfied with the car i am getting before i get on the road. I picked a car that wasnt ready yet, and needed cleaning, so they prioritized that and made sure i get a car that i want and that is clean. Def went above and beyond.
Great experience renting at the Enterprise Commercial Street in Malden location. I worked with Sebastien Antoine, who was knowledgeable, professional and more than accommodating. When my first choice for a vehicle wasn’t available he did his best to get me the best option for my travel needs. He was also generous with his time and answered all my questions patiently. I recently had a scary and stressful situation, but the entire maiden team at enterprise malden turned it into something memorable In the best way possible.
