I've rented from Enterprise in Malden a few times and it has always been very smooth. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. Cant ask for much more than that!
We had an amazing experience at Enterprise in Malden! After our original rental was canceled the morning of our trip and every other location closer to Boston was completely sold out, Alan, Ray and Jeff went above and beyond to help us out. They found us a wonderful car when we were completely out of options and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Truly stellar customer service, we’re so grateful for their kindness and professionalism! Highly recommend this location.
I have been to many enterprise facilities. But this one has very slow check in .There are around +4 people in queue waiting . This rep is taking +15mins for each client . Had to wait in queue for +40mins .
I had a disappointing experience with Enterprise Malden. The staff did not properly inspect or document existing damage, and I was unfairly held responsible when returning the car. I recommend taking detailed photos before leaving the lot
