Only even getting a 1 star so I can hit post... Worst rude PEOPLE... TONY RUDE FRANK MEAN... Rob you of your money... They say customer service gurus not true at all... I ask can they just bill me so I can leave? He goes into excuses as to why he screwed me out of my rental the week before, I did not want to hear excuses I wanted a solution I said oh lord he says I need you to calm down??? Since when was saying o lord a crazy need you to calm down thing?
From start to finish, my customer service rep was "EXCELLENT". He found discount's I didn't know I could receive, so I saved a few dollars. This was my first time renting a car. So my overall experience was FANTASTIC. When I want to rent a car again ,I will go back to Enterprise.
