Very helpful people explained how to work the car we were renting... took the time with us. Would definitly go back
Horrible customer service and a lack of professionalism here at this branch. They never give you a call back and point of contact changing all the time because people are quitting left and right. A lack of communication was the biggest frustration here.
I got to the location to pickup a truck i rented trough AAA, and when I got there, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, she was asking for two builds that show I live in my address, than she was like we can't take debit card its only a credit card, wasted my time, and made me late for my appointment, I usually rent cars from them from the location on harder in costa mesa and never had experienced anything like this. Horrible staff, usless enterprise location
