When my car was stolen my insurance company sent me here for a rental. The staff was very friendly and made the whole experience less stressful. Then when it came time to return it, I rented it longer and the transition was very smooth. Then I had to go back because the rental had low tire pressure, so they quickly gave me a new vehicle and had me on my way. Very pleased with the whole experience
Always been renting from enterprise and will continue to do so. My recent rental car broke down when I was in the US, they resolved the issue by acting quickly efficiently without causing me stress or trying to blame me for the car breaking down. I appreciate the way they handle things and truly do care about the customer. I will definitely remain a loyal customer. Mind you my issue was not resolved by this location. I called the head office and my issue was resolved but it was in the US. How this location would have done it... read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I rented a vehicle through my insurance for two weeks, and for most of that time it was parked at my place. When I returned it, they tried to blame me for damage that was clearly old and appeared to have existed long before I picked up the car. The damage did not look recent, yet they still attempted to hold me responsible. It looked like the damage was driven over a snowbank.
