RESPONSE TO YOUR REVIEW —the manager called and initially we had a misunderstanding about the verbiage he used but later clarified he was only trying to help! I was also assured the employee who handled my reservation would be spoken to and this review looked at. I was offered a voucher which I declined as I believe the manager will ensure such incidents dont happen again ! Rental was booked by my insurance company. They asked me to call them when I m dropping my car at the mechanic. I called 2 times and nobody answered the call and didn’t bother to pick me up from the mechanic shop. My mechanic dropped me at their location. The guy who worked in the counter helped a gentleman behind me. He didn’t even care who is next to be saved. It was a white guy. I had to wait long time for my car.
