Pros- The return was smooth, the person at the counter during return was courteous and friendly . The older gentleman who drop me off at Kennedy was great! Cons- The gentleman who initially handled my reservation during pick up on the morning of May 17th 2025 was incompetent. Firstly, as an Enterprise Gold member I know that if a car is not available and you downgrade me to a different class of car then my billing is adjusted. Staff was eager to please. Car was clean and safe. Returning the car was painless. They have my business for next time.
This location has a very friendly and welcoming staff. Deep is very helpful and kind person.
I'm quite surprised at some of the negative reviews that this specific location had received because the staff I dealt with were amazing and so kind during both pick up and drop off. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to ask their names but they answered all of my questions and concerns and were very personable. I will always return here to rent a car from them.
