So many employees sitting around, but no one can answer phone, and just make you wait in line. They really do not value your time.
Had an amazing experience! The staff were extremely friendly, and the entire process—from pick-up to drop-off—was completely hassle-free. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services for all future trips!
My second time booking at this place after 4 years thinking they might have improved but I was wrong. I walked away without renting the car back in 2021 when booked first time, they overbooked the cars and didn’t have anything for me despite my prior reservation. Same experience after 4 years now. Booked a 7 passenger vehicle on July 20 for July 26 (Saturday) and got a call today informing they don’t have any 7 passenger vehicle available for coming Saturday July 26. Very slow service, expect long wait times, limited vehicles, if any. Unprofessional customer service.
I had an insurance rental reservation for Saturday, but when I went in they told me they had no cars and to come back Monday. So on Monday I call ahead to make sure they have a car for me. The person I spoke with told me to come in 4 hours, to give them enough time to make sure they have a full size SUV for me. They gave me a small 5 passenger SUV, with damages all over the car, the rear window buttons not working, and the windshield cracked.
