Quick and easy process
I made a reservation at Lawrence location , Lawrence location in really busy and there was already line up all the way outside the door , the gentleman was at the counter who I find out his name after (Sal ) was professional and giving equal attention to all customers..my car type which I booked was not available,, without me asking I find out that he upgraded me to higher class type of vehicle and the even the lady who assist me for showing me the vehicle was very professional and make sure that I'm happy with what they giv... read more
I’ve rented from this Wexford Lawrence Enterprise location twice now — first a Mazda CX-70 and recently a Chrysler Pacifica — and both times the experience was excellent. Sariny was incredibly helpful during both pickup and return. She made sure everything was smooth and that the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Really appreciate her professionalism and care — she made the whole process effortless.
