Do not ever rent a car from Enterprise. We rented a car from June 24th to June 27th at this location. They literally stole from my wife and I by charging an additional $120 to our credit card. They stated that we dropped the car off on June 28th when we flew out of Toronto on June 27th and dropped it off at the airport location at that time. Management refuses to deal with it. The vehicle they provided was dirty, and we found a used condom in the trunk.
I have been dealing with these guys for 33 Going on 34 years starting in Moncton New Brunswick to hear to Vancouver to Halifax. I love them. They’re absolutely the best. The greatest team you’ll ever work with and the variety of vehicles is amazing. Amazing it’s a must.
Great experience renting for the past 2 months. Bavin and Ruky were both excellent with customer service and making sure everything went smoothly.
