Been there several times. Most recently needed a vehicle for a few months. Liam and the rest of the staff there are amazing. Always helpful and do their best to give you the best deal possible . Much better than any other place I tried. Highly recommend
Most of the time, I go to the 2116 Lawrence Avenue location in Scarborough to pick up a car, and it is always a great experience. I had a very bad experience with Enterprise rental from 2005 Eglinton Ave E. I took an insurance rental for few weeks, the car I got had several issues from day one including the windshild wiper that is keep making grinding noise every time I clean the windshild, the air filters were extremely dirty that car's inside was collecting so much dust that inside windshild had dust build up in winter and I had to keep cleaning the dust from the glass , kept cleaning the windshild glass inside. Rented a car while my vehicle was being repaired and from the get go it was not a pleasant experience. I could smell a lingering of cannabis from a previous renter. Car came with an empty tank and one of the tires was very low on air. Filled up the tank and the tire, got home and the tire was low again. Found out there was a nail in the tire and after several calls, went to another Enterprise location's preferred shop to have the tire fixed as I did not live near this one.
