On the first day of my rental things were a little bumpy because my pickup date falls on labor day weekend and a pick up truck was my only option. Enterprise staff promise to call as soon as full size car showed up and they did. Jeff Lewis the assistant branch manager was courteous towards me now I will definitely choose enterprise car rental again.
This was a 1 day rental. The agent tried to charge me for a 2nd day because they weren't open on July 4th ( date of return) they also tried to charge me for the most expensive insurance option after I had already declined...the vehicle was great! Enterprise customer service was anything but! Keep an eye on your total charges!!!
